steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/app/test-webapp-3/
2. Click on the 'Be the first!' link to add a review


actual behavior:
The app slug changes and loads https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/app-337452/reviews/add which is a 404.
