Currently we log:

[timestamp] abcdabcdabcdabcdabcdabcdabcd
[timestamp] Traceback:
...

Tarek asked me to correlate one such traceback to an HTTP request (GET/POST/PUT https://phx-syncXYZ/1.1/user/blah).  I cannot, due to the volume of requests and lack of information to correlate.

Consider adding the original URL requested by the user to the log, perhaps in the form:

[timestamp] Crash abcdabcdabcdacbdbacbdbacbdbacbd Request GET https://phx-sync/path/whatever
