Details
bug 685434 fixes the ability to pass errors from an app back to the mediator to be shown to the user. Many errors from services are cryptic, the app should return a standardized error code and message to the mediator so that we can display something nice.
1. look at existing errors returned to us and provide a standard set
2. change apps to return those for us.

When looking at this, ensure that changing the facebook app doesn't cause a regression in bug 642927.
