I sent them an e-mail via their contact form (in French) with my e-mail and a link to this bug.

I got (at first look, non-automated) feedback from their support center. They forwarded my mail to the technical service.
I had the same answer months ago.
I sent another e-mail this morning. I initially received the same "forward to the technical service" message. Then about 1 hour later a second message: "Nos équipes sont actuellement en train de travailler à une solution rapide." (Our team are working to find a quick solution)
Ok a feedback saying the site is ok w/ Firefox 10. Just tested w/ Nightly (Fx 13) and the fake UA for Fx 10 which weren't working before. It works now. I close the bug.
