steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/app/test-webapp-8/ 2. Hover over the page title- "APPS". 3. Click on the page title expected behavior: * There is a tool tip-'Return to the APPS homepage' * Clicking on the page title loads the homepage actual behavior: * No tooltip * Homepage doesn't load (probably because it doesn't exist so far)
