69395 - mouse wheel panel: "lines" now lower than rest of sentence

from bug 68444. summary sez it all. looks worse with the modern theme than the
classic one, but still in both, afaict. is there an easy fix available?

This is a bug in motion: The word "lines" is currently place slightly LOWER than
text on the right hand side.
(Linux CVS build from the 24th.)

This looks OK now (at least on Windows XP) in build 2003022308. It's either
fixed, or is Linux / UNIX specific.

Yes, I agree. Just tested that, and I verify it's off by 1 pixel vertically on
2003030205 on RedHat 7.2. Changed OS to Linux.

This patch should make the problem disappear and simplifies boxes a bit.
However, it a) moves the checkbox below more to the beginning of the line and
b) I cannot test on a linux box if it _really_ solves the problem.

So I will not request review; feel free to do so if a) is not a problem and you
an test b).
