steps to reproduce:
1. Try to view the details page for an add-on which is awaiting review + enrolled into Marketplace.
expected behavior:
Add-on details page displays all the add-on info but install is disabled with an appropriate user message.
actual behavior:
No add-on detail is available. See screenshot.
