Steps to reproduce:

Added a URL to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=693583


Actual results:

We see
"[e-mail] 2011-10-13 17:50:25 PDT
URL: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=645284"
was added at the bottom, but that URL is not clickable.
There reader must go to the top of the page to find a clikable URL.
Inconvenient.


Expected results:

The URL should be clickable there in addition to the one at the top of the page.

See... right above this comment. The URL is not clickable. P.S., maybe even give such notes #anchor numbers
so people can refer exactly to them.
