Fixing dev hub pages for webapps: Navigation menu for manage add-ons pages.

Make the following changes to the navigation menu to https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/app-337489/edit

* Change 'Edit Add-on Listing' to 'Edit App Listing'
* Change 'Manage Status & Versions' to just 'Manage App Status'
* Change 'View Add-on Listing' to 'View App Listing'
* Remove the link to 'Statistics Dashboard'
