This is by design. If the "Search add-ons for" text is too long in some language, the text should get truncated with an ellipsis. The string 'Search add-ons for "{term}"' is considered one string altogether. This behavior is acceptable in RTL. Once this string is localized, you won't see 'Search add-ons for "{term}"' in English, and it'll make sense.
