Yeah, this started about the time we landed the building & enabling of test pilot. I'm not yet sure why it only happens on aurora. I was hoping Jim might have some ideas as to the solution.

Ah, right. The Aurora and Beta channels use a different UI for Test Pilot; namely an extra toolbar button on the main toolbar. I'm not sure of the best way to handle this though. Maybe specialize the test based on the release channel?

Yes, I think that would be best.
