IMAP Folders From The File Button Are Not Sorted

Details
I have IMAP folders on a remote server (RedHat 6.2 system with the default
imapd). These folders show up in different orders on each system I connect from.
Formerly, in the old Netscape Communicator, the folders would be sorted. It's
maddening to try to figure out where the folder you want to file the mail
message is, especially when you have a large number of folders like I do.
Mozilla should sort folders received from an IMAP server and display them
alphabetically.
Affected builds: Windows 2000 Mozilla 0.8 build 2001021508
Linux Mozilla 0.8 build 2001021503
