+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #689627 +++ Steps to reproduce: 0) Use a Firefox Nightly 1) Make sure you don't have cookies from flickr.com 2) Navigate to: http://www.govandals.com/ Actual results: A JS popup comes up mentioning your browser is old, suggesting to upgrade to a modern version of one of the four big browsers. Expected results: No such notice with the Firefox 10 UA string.
... if we have some boilerplate email text handy (pretty please?), I am sure I can find a contact to email.
I'm using my Twitter account to spread the word about that and find the owners of that site. Something along the lines of "I'm looking for a web person at University of Idaho. We need help to fix an issue with Firefox 10. Please spread the word."
http://www.goducks.com/ seems to think so too. Both sites are "Empowered by" NeuLion, http://www.neulion.com/. There might be more sites from them that have this problem. Perhaps they should be contacted as well? http://www.neulion.com/?contactus
It looks fixed to me. Reopen if you disagree.
