Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Fennec in portrait mode. 2. Press the "new tab" button in the left sidebar. Expected results: urlbar is focused and virtual keyboard appears. Actual results: urlbar is focused but virtual keyboard does not appear, or sometimes it appears and then immediately disappears. The last good nightly on mozilla-central is 2011-10-21, the first bad nightly is 2011-10-22. Probably a regression from bug 612128. I can reproduce this bug reliably with all the different keyboards I tried, on Samsung Galaxy Tab 7" (Android 2.2), HTC T-Mobile G2 (Android 2.3), and Motorola Xoom (Android 3.2).
