1. Load search plugin landing page:
https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/search-tools/dictionaries-encyclopedias
2. Click on any search plugin

Result: displays xml file

Note: Following works fine:
-load the search engine details page: https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/timeanddatecom-world-clock-sea/
-Click on Add button
