In that view, you can find that the columns are still in the normal LTR order, so:
Example:
اسم IRC المستعار
(for IRC nickname) is in the left column and the value of the IRC nickname is in the right column.
Shouldn't we swap those columns so that we can account for the LTR locale (or am I mistaken here).

I'm not sure if it looks "normal", but at least it looks more normal than before.

Thanks Tobbi - closing for now. We are looking to update the UX and layouts in the next couple months, and we'll be sure to consider RTL locales then.
