Details

Just noticed that the amo interface allows you to upload different apps with the same hostname. This needs to be fixed as it potentially could allow free sites to be used to create paid apps, en mass. Only one site per hostname:port pair. This also is consistent with how apps actually work in that you can't have two apps that are hosted from the same domain.
looks like a dupe to me. Reopen if it is not.
