698759 - Wrong text for error message on new screenshot for new add-on

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to AMO
2. Submit a new add-on https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/submit/1
3. At step 4 press "Add a screenshot" button
4. Select a file (other than .jpg or .png)

Expected Results:
Error message is displayed “Screenshot must be either PNG or JPG”

Actual Results:
Error message is displayed “Icons must be either PNG or JPG”. User is able to re-arrange screenshots with the error.
