Env - Google Chrome 15.0.874.106 m on Win XP - user is logged in
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/it/developers/
2. Select any addon.
3. Choose "Manage Payments" (mine is https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/restartless-addonz118/payments)
4. Compare /en-US with /it 

Actual Results:
On /it page there is a link to profile which is missing from /en-US equivalent page.

Either this is a mistranslation or an out-of-date translation.

If it were out of date it would be in English.  The Italian message is saying that there is no completed developer profile.  I suspect it's checking for a dev profile in Italian only.

This is a bug since it should be checking (I suppose) in $current_locale and falling back to the add-ons default locale.  Since the default locale is en-US in this case and there is a dev profile in en-US this bug is valid.
