69891 - Perform update_mime_info() on files when Download/Save As completes

We need to perform an update_mime_info() (Mime.h) on files once they are done being written 
by a Save As/Download procedure.

I could probably handle the patch for this, if I knew where the file writing was being 
done. I looked a few weeks ago and couldnt find anything sensible.

I am one of the developers maintaining mozilla for BeOS, so I'll take assignment.  Now, I just need to find out where/when files are being written to disk :)

But, what if you don't use the Download Manager?

I don't think this bug is valid any more, as we now have an implementation of
the HelperAppService (give myself a pat on the back :-)
