1. Not sure what the STRs for getting the JS dialog is as of yet.
2. look at dialog

Expected: no &
Actual:& before Don't ask me again in the js pop up dialog

Note:
Had going to addons manager, nytimes.com, www.beautyoftheweb.com/?html5.com, www.beautyoftheweb.com/?html5.com#/Intro/os_other, www.lyrics.com

www.lyrics.com is the front tab; got disconnected from the network because I moved the tablet out of the office and then when I woke it at home, it switched the networks and had that dialog on the tablet.
