69976 - Migrating profile progress window should be a progress window

To reproduce:
*   Start Mozilla for the first time, and choose to migrate a 4.x profile.
*   Look at the window which shows progress of the migration.

What you should see:
*   A minimizable, non-closable, non-resizable window, with a progress meter and
    a `Stop' or `Cancel' button (depending on wheher profile migration is stopped
    or whether it is cancelled).

What you actually see:
*   A minimizable, closable, resizable window, with a funny black line and a
    `Cancel' button.

As Dean Tessman points out in bug 26029, the migrating profile window is a 
document window, when it should be a progress window.

This bug seems valid on the face of it, but does it still apply? Contemporary migration is usually from Sm1 or Tb to Sm2 rather than from NS4 to MozSuite.

This bug only applies to migrating from Netscape 4.x to either Netscape 6/7 or Mozilla/SeaMonkey 1.x, which is no longer supported. The migration from Netscape 6/7 or Mozilla/SeaMonkey 1.x to 2.x uses a proper progress meter.
