Between Firefox and Virtualbox, my machine very often (a few times per day) goes into swap and locks up for 5-10 minutes until I can get control back (or give up and reboot), if I don't carefully police my memory usage. It looks like my MBP can go up to 8GB, is it possible to upgrade this? Here's the info from System Profiler: Hardware Overview: Model Name: MacBook Pro Model Identifier: MacBookPro6,2 Processor Name: Intel Core i7 Processor Speed: 2.66 GHz Number Of Processors: 1 Total Number Of Cores: 2 L2 Cache (per core): 256 KB L3 Cache: 4 MB Memory: 4 GB Processor Interconnect Speed: 4.8 GT/s Boot ROM Version: MBP61.0057.B0C SMC Version (system): 1.58f16 Serial Number (system): W8020AFKAGW Hardware UUID: 33D723FC-6475-5E1D-AC59-102165208C82 Sudden Motion Sensor: State: Enabled Here's memory specifically: Memory Slots: ECC: Disabled BANK 0/DIMM0: Size: 2 GB Type: DDR3 Speed: 1067 MHz Status: OK Manufacturer: 0x802C Part Number: 0x31364A53463235363634485A2D3147314631 Serial Number: 0x33F14EFE BANK 1/DIMM0: Size: 2 GB Type: DDR3 Speed: 1067 MHz Status: OK Manufacturer: 0x802C Part Number: 0x31364A53463235363634485A2D3147314631 Serial Number: 0x33F14EFF

Has this MacBook Pro been received yet, if so when can I install the RAM for it?

(In reply to Tabitha Romero [:tab] from comment #1) > Has this MacBook Pro been received yet, if so when can I install the RAM for > it? Yes I have it but I work from remote; I will be in town the week of the 5th, does that work? Thanks!
