Investigating into the source code I found the dhtml library author. See the
navcond.js file for more information and his personal web site.
Good news.. his web site is already evangelized and his is a Standards compliant
evangelist already. His web site DHTML menus works with Netscape 6, IE 5.5 and
have a sidebar Tab too!!

Ok, I understand this may be a detection issue or something like that but I'm
almost positive the Javascript use to run with Mozilla; a CVS build of about 3
weeks ago. If that is the case then I think something broke over the interim.

Rainer -- That comment confuses me. If you view the page in IE, it has extra
DHTML pulldown menus at the top that don't display at all in Netscape 6.1. If
you do a View Source, you see what appears to be IE-only JavaScript. (e.g. Does
Mozilla support getPageScrollY()?) AFAIK this site has never upgraded their
DHTML menus to support the W3C DOM. (Please correct me if I'm wrong. Are you an
engineer working on the site? If so, many thanks.)

I'm not working on that site but I am in the process of trying to create a
similar floating menu for my company's site. About 3 weeks ago I started
looking for nice menus I could, um, borrow. I found the one on the UEdit site
and liked it a lot. I'm 95% sure that at the time I tested it on NS4, IE5, AND
my latest CVS build of Mozilla.
This week when I finally got around to implementing the menu I tried the UEdit
one again noticed it did not work on Mozilla (again a very recent CVS build).
My assumption was that something broke during the past 3 weeks.
It is possible that I did not test it on Mozilla but considering that is my
primary browser right now and I was specifically looking for a menu that works
on the 3 above mentioned browsers I find that quite unlikely.
I have, finally, managed to get a different reasonably nice menu working on all
3 browsers. I'm considering making a SourceForge project for it as I would also
like someone to get it working with Opera.
