Steps to Reproduce:
1 Start Firefox with clean profile
2 Open js page (ex http://mozcom-cdn.mozilla.net/org/script/1.0/jquery-1.4.3.min.js , https://www.google.com/jsapi)
3 View Page Source(CTRL+U)
4 View > Wrap Long Line and check

Actual Results:
  long line does not wrap

Expected Results:
  long line should wrap
