Steps to reproduce:
I made an event and saved (no attendees where added)
I reopened the event but now I added an attendee
when saved, I got no message that an invitation will be send
Actual results:
nothing, no invitation was sent
Expected results:
an invitation should be sent to attendee

Make this a duplicate of the new one, as that contains a little more information.
