Add: Press to the footer on /new and link to http://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/press

Add: Press into the main navigation across that locale in the /new site's subpages and link to http://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/press

Keep in mind that all the press center sites currently do is collect an RSS feed from a blog kept elsewhere. In the en-US case, it's the main Mozilla blog that's the data source. In the European case, I don't know where the data is coming from.

Where are the European press articles currently kept? For a full (i.e., not just on the surface) migration, we need a place for the European press articles to go (presumably a blog on our main blog domain?).

The US press center URL does not have a /firefox/ in it, are you sure the European on is supposed to?

Coming from a CMS managed by Pascal, and this should stay the same until the EU Wordpress workflow is complete, just added you and Anthony to Bug 702453 to follow.

They will stay where they are for the immediate moment, but Valerie will be migrating them manually with a team of Mozilla PR reps into the Wordpress solution once it's launched. They will then reside in archives - we may require redirects, but we're evaluating that right now and which articles we need them for.

I'd love your recommendation here on this, when Pascal merged the EU product pages into One Mozilla in July 2011, this was the structure that he created. I would hate to add another redirect. What do you think?

Okay cool. Just wanted to make sure we're all aware of the division between the data source and the frontend page.

I am fine either way, I just would like the URLs for the en-US press center to be consistent with the European ones and vice versa. As it's not Firefox-only, the URL without /firefox/ might be preferable.

Anthony, can you confirm that this will be live at http://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/press today. 

It's OK to also push to the community site at europe.mozilla.org, but it needs to be live in the Firefox product site navigation and one mozilla site today.
