Details
The app should be able to receive a dragged document at startup time and open with that document. This should probably use the same event type that we use for drag-and-drop of a document onto a dock icon.

Per bug 1238079, we're going to disable the desktop web runtime and remove it from the codebase, so we won't fix these bugs in it.
