We hit the standard 20 minute timeout in buildbot when running on VMs. Until bug 671067 we should just bump up the timeout.

For the 8.0.1 build2 failure we had 276 of 299MB in 20 minutes, so 30 minutes should be enough to complete the job. This modifies the Firefox source builders too but they usually run on fast slaves and this doesn't come into play.
