Details

One thing I've noticed is that the cursor in text boxes changes to the I-beam
cursor while hovering over the text input box. That's fine, but it doesn't
change when hovering over the scroll bars for the text input box. It remains as
an I-beam when it seems it should be an arrow cursor.
