704549 - Switch Android nightly users on Birch back to m-c

Follow on from bug#703349.

Once all the birch specific work has landed back into m-c, birch will be discontinued, and we should migrate those nightly users back to mozilla-central. Based on meeting just now, we expect to do this in a week's time (on 29th), but its dependent on some work landing on m-c. Specific dependent bug#s coming.

This bug only handles the RelEng side.  I was on PTO all last week, so I don't know what the schedule is from the Mobile side, but RelEng should be ready to go tomorrow should that still be the plan.

When we're ready, we'll need an AUS config patch to point nightly and nightly-birch at the mozilla-central snippet directory.

per mobile meeting, this didnt happen yesterday (!), as there are still a couple of patches to land on m-c. Further, after all these birch patches are on m-c, and all mobile developers move from birch to working on m-c, dougt/blassey will continue updating birch from m-c for a few days, while all the knitting is cross-checked on m-c, before asking to move nightly users on birch back to m-c.

:dougt, :blassey will update this bug when ready to repatriate android nightly users from birch to m-c.

Birch landed on m-c last night/this morning.
I'm going to reconfig to reenable android native builds today, network willing.
As per updating the nightly-birch users to the nightly mozilla-central channel:
