Note: log in to staging server with user role=editor
Steps:
=======
1.Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/
2.Click on "Log in / Register" link
3.browser id dialog pops-up
4.sign in using the browser id
Result: Error message "Admins and editors must provide a password to log in." appears overlapping the promo island
