the above url documents everywhere we use nsAppShell::GetHiddenWindowAndJSContext(). THis is probably bad for embedding. Filing bug per discussion with danm.

I still haven't completely removed Hidden Window, but at least the method this bug focuses on is no longer used anywhere embedding can get to it.
