STR:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Load websites in multiple tabs and pin some of them as App tabs.
3. Drag an App tab drop it between App tabs.
4. Drag an ordinary tab and drop it between App tabs.
5. Open a new Firefox window.
6. In the new window, load websites in multiple tabs and pin some of them as App tabs.
7. Drag an App tab from one window to the other and drop it between App tabs.
8. Drag an ordinary tab from one window to the other and drop it between App tabs.

 When the user drags a tab from a window into the same window and drops it between App tabs, the dragged tab is displayed as an App tab and it's located where the user dropped it. This happens with both ordinary tabs and App tabs.

 When the user drags a tab from a window into another one and drops it between App tabs, the dragged tab is displayed as an ordinary tab and it's located after the App tabs and before the other ordinary tabs. This happens with both ordinary tabs and App tabs.
