Add-on/App upload fails with never ending validation. I don't see anything fishy in the headers. Celery is suspect.

happens on both apps-preview-dev and addons-dev
The celery box was down so the tasks were queuing up endlessly. oremj restarted it so uploads should be working again.  That box will be monitored in bug 706567
