Using mar01 commercial trunk build

I believe this used to work a little while ago... 

View Image in message context menu when image selected doesn't do anything.
Didn't this used to/isn't this supposed to open the image in a browser window?

This is fallout from the strres.js -> <stringbundle/> work I hvae been doing.
I'll have something for this tonight or tomorrow.

Build 2001-03-19-12: NT4, Mac 9.04
Reopening

I right click onto an image and select View Image:

Actual Results: It opens a Download window with 2 radio buttons and the Save
radio button
is selected by default.
- If I save the image it shows a Save As dialog and gives the image a
strange name "Graphics1%3E4" and then a blank browser window appears. I think
"Graphics" in the filename is referencing the current folder.
- If I select the first radio button to open the path is blank so I choose the
path to netscp6.exe, it shows a blank browser window and then the same Download
dialog appears.

Build 2001-03-19-11: Linux RH 6.2, opens the browser to its default start page
and does not display the image.

While the problem manifests itself in the same menu item, it is a different/new
bug. Bug 70652 and this should both remain fixed, and a new bug should be opened
for the fact that the mailnews code cannot get the original image filename.
