2. Notice the options under "Miscellaneous"


Please disable the following options associated to Collections:
* Display the collections I have created
* Display collections I'm following

"My Collections" link is still present when user is on "Payment Profile" page.

This bug is for removing all references to Collections for the "Account Settings" page. The "My Collections" item is not visible on the left-side navigation for this page.

However, on the "Payment Profile" page, the navigation *does* incorrectly list both "My Collections" and "My Favorites." In the future a new, separate bug should be opened.
