Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to AMO apps page https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/
2. Click on "Tools -> Manage my apps" link
3. Click on "Edit Listing" on one listed app

Expected Results:
Edit listing page for the selected app is loaded, "Edit" button for each section is on the right of the section title

Actual Results:
"Edit" button is cut and on the left of the section title in IE9

Notes/Issues:
Verified on IE9, FF8 and Safari (Win7 and MacOSX)
