This is different than bug 706385 in that we're only adjusting the URL pattern to accept the extra URL parameter, not doing anything with it yet.

FYI: I updated the URL to accept an optional parameter at the end and the only valid strings are: "strict", "normal", or "ignore".

An example:
/en-US/firefox/api/1.5/search/firefox/all/1/Linux/4.0/strict/?src=firefox
