I tried to check-in my patch from bug 697546 in mozilla-inbound and received this response from the hg server:

remote: Your mercurial account has been disabled due to inactivity.

During the past few months (or year?) I've used the checkin-needed keyword instead of pushing my changes myself as watching the tree for random oranges was too time consumming when pushing trivial fixes.
