Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to AMO apps page https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/
2. Click on "Tools -> Manage my apps" link
3. Click on "Manage Payments" on a paid app
4. Select a free app from "This is a premium upgrade to" and add description
5. Save Changes

Expected Results:
Changes are saved immediatly

Actual Results:
User is asked to grant permission to Paypal

I'm pretty certain that your PayPal refund token has expired/is actually invalid.

Go to https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app/apple/payments - do not modify any fields and press Save Changes. You should see the same token error.

Try setting up your PayPal refund token again, retry and see if you can reproduce this. I couldn't.

When I enrolled a different app in Marketplace, enabled a new refund token, visited the Manage Payments page and changed the "This is a premium upgrade to" field, everything worked fine as expected. There was no error about an invalid refund token.
