No idea why, but none of the pages on the mobile CooksIllustrated.com website scroll at all. The initial recipe index should scroll down further, and each recipe page should scroll down. If there's more useful information I could include here, let me know...not sure what you'd need to know.
This is just a problem on the mobile version of their site -- if you visit the "full site" in Fennec, scrolling and stuff is fine there.
The site is giving us some iPhone-specific version. That version (http://m.cooksillustrated.com/) doesn't scroll properly in desktop firefox either - they shrink the page to always fit in the viewport and listen for touch events to perform the scrolling themselves.

Possibly a viewport bug. There's a viewport tag in the mobile version of the page - might be a dupe of viewport bug.
