I was served the /new page and a Linux download when I searched for "Firefox" on my mobile phone. Can we fix it so mobile phone users (not including tablet users) get served mozilla.org/m?

Steps to reproduce:
Open Android Browser on Android phone
Go to google.com and type in "Firefox"
Click on 1st result (www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/)
Arrive at download page with Linux build

Expected results: download button with Android build

I've also heard from other people that they get served the Linux build while searching for Firefox mobile on their phone as well
Jaclyn, can you attach a screen capture? I don't have an Android device to test myself. Thanks! Let's get this fixed.

Yikes - this is pretty bad if it's blocking downloads.

James - can you take a look?

We don't force users across out mobile/desktop sites. If they hit one, they get it.

This is not a quick fix and we've discussed it before but haven't forced it yet. It's a problem that we have two separate sites. We can talk about how to force users over to the other sites, but I've got other bugs to attend to for a while.
