(using bug 699420 as example)
The following patch updates OTS to the revision 77. Adds:
- r75 fixes "[OTS] sanitizer incorrectly rejects fonts with optical size feature ('size')" (aka bug 702505);
- r76 removes static initializers from ots.cc;
- r77 fixes "... incorrect parsing/validation of the empty CFF index" (ref https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/903)
