Bug 643137 - not fixed (chromium issue 76882)

Looks good, thanks. Just to be clear, as far as I can see this doesn't overwrite the patches from bug 602558 and bug 643137, right? So we don't need to re-land them on top of this update, they'll still be in the tree.

Right. I combined bug 602558 and bug 643137 with this patch.
