Catch all buf for patches to the following bugs:
bug 68035 - Win32 installer needs to log the installation process.
bug 68110 - Installer fails - Proxy requests incorrect
bug 64433 - setup.exe inside mozilla-win32-installer.exe contains "Netscape"

bug 67259 - [RFE] XPI error dialog should say which package failed to install
bug 52597 - win32 installer (mozilla-win32-installer.exe) should show license
bug 40707 - Shortcut to Mozilla Mail
bug 70892 - Uninstall not possible after uninstall and subsequent install
The patch (that will be coming up shortly) will fix all the bugs mentioned, but
also only part 1 of bug 68035 (not all of it).
