Given that apps cannot be installed in Nightly, we should consider showing a friendly message that says that. Should I explain why, or just say Nightly compatibility is in the works?

Bug 717975 landed on m-c, so it's now time to check that the addon is effectively un-broken on nigthlies.

If everything is ok, I'll request approval to land the patch on aurora.
