We request a mailing list under lists.mozilla.org and newsgroup (preferably mozilla.community.ireland). We are a new community, and don't even have a site yet (see bug 701646). But we do have a number of contributors, and need a place to communicate better.

Yup, the default settings are otherwise fine for the majority of lists, though feel free to tweak or experiment to find the right mix of settings. Giganews and Google Groups have picked up this list. Let me know if you have any other questions or trouble.
