Looks like the automatically-scrolling column introduced in bug 650288 was regressed recently. The column is now static. STR: 1) Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/editors/review/lightning 2) Scrool down. Expected: The right-hand column (Add-on Actions, Review this Add-on, etc.) should continue to be visible.

I don't care for the fact that it jumps instead of sliding smoothly as I scroll. But at least the sidebar continues to be visible. So, closing this as fixed. Jorge, if you hate it just reopen.
