Most mozilla websites, like mozilla.org, seem to be serving us pretty low quality favicons on mobile. Can we call for larger favicons?

(And if higher quality favicons don't currently exist on our websites, can we add them?)

This got marked FIXED, but the solution was to make the favicon 16x16...
